GENERAL We reserve the right to alter the order or inclusions of itineraries for operational and safety reasons. CLIMATE Tasmania is a wild place and weather conditions can change quickly at any time of year. CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER Hobart Maxi Connect charges fees for cancellations depending on the time left before departure: Within 24hrs or no shows: 100% of price. INSURANCE Travel insurance is NOT included. We strongly recommend that passengers have their own travel insurance against illness, injury, loss/damage to personal belongings and not being able to travel on the confirmed departure date. LIABILITY We make every effort to safeguard our clients, however we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or sickness to any customer or damage or loss of property due to events which are beyond our control. REFUSAL OF CARRIAGE Hobart Maxi Connect is not a common carrier and can therefore refuse to carry a person whose behaviour is detrimental to the enjoyment of the group. By travelling with Hobart Maxi Connect, you agree to accept the authority of the Driver and accept their decisions. Our staff are entitled to a safe working environment and our passengers to a great holiday. Hobart Maxi Connect reserves the right to refuse or discontinue carriage of any passenger who is disruptive, abusive, violent, makes verbal or physical threats or engages in illegal behaviour. If a Driver requires a passenger to leave the Bus, Car / Taxi no refunds will be given and that passenger will be responsible for their own travel costs from that point. * Eftpos Cabcharge * direct debit cards and major credit cards are accepted through the EFTPOS system.
